Armistice Day – 11th November 2016

As is our tradition, the whole school met around the War Memorial in the Church Yard to spend a time of reflection and time to remember all those who died during the 2 World Wars.

Bishop John led the short service and later commented on how well behaved and respectful our children were. With pride, two of our Year 1 children then laid a wreath of ‘home-made’ poppies to sit beside those which were laid on Remembrance Sunday.
